The office is in Weston, a short drive from most of west and central Broward County. Many clients come in person; many others meet by secure telehealth from anywhere in Florida. Sessions are available in English or Spanish.
Distance matters more than people expect. Therapy works best when a weekly session is genuinely sustainable, and a forty-five minute drive each way is the quiet reason a lot of good work stops after a month. Weston sits at a useful point on the map: Davie andPlantation are ten to twenty minutes east, Pembroke Pines and Miramar are a short run south, and Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood are a straight shot down I-595 or I-95 outside of rush hour. If you are coming from farther out in Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach, video sessions carry the same work at the same rate.

Telehealth
If you live outside Broward County, or your week simply does not allow a drive, sessions can happen by secure video anywhere in Florida. Couples work, anxiety work, and EMDR are all done this way.
Sessions are held in English or Spanish, whichever language feels more like your own.
